Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, have a strong work ethic, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation, maintaining our reputation for exceptional cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and consistency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and plating of dishes during service hours.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service.
  • Manage inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to the kitchen manager.
  • Participate in regular kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a high-volume restaurant is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
